SHIPMENTS AND REPLACEMENTS
Alphabet Design ships throughout Europe using leading logistics partners such as BARTOLINI, DHL, SDA.
Alphabet Design always informs each customer of the completion of his order by communicating the departure and expected delivery date of the material. The notice is delivered to the customer by email.
If your country does not appear in the list of destinations, write to us! We will contact you as soon as possible to answer your questions.
It may happen that the material ordered is not immediately available.
In this case Alphabet Design will inform the customer of the expected date of order fulfilment.
In case there is any urgency for delivery, Alphabet Design recommends to request in advance the actual availability of the product as it is not possible to cancel an order due to the above-mentioned reasons.
WARRANTY
The items on sale are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 24 months pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 limited to manufacturing defects attributable to the manufacturer.
REFUND
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 14 days, for which the date of the transport document shall be deemed to be the date of the contract (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
The costs for the return shall be borne by the customer, who shall have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The customer is also obliged to notify us by e-mail at info@alphabetdesign.it.
In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned goods must be in perfect condition, unused, substantially intact.
Refunds of the price of the product(s) for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal will be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, i.e. from the time the company is informed of the customer's wish to withdraw, or until the company has received the goods or the customer proves that he/she has sent them.
The prices of the articles on the website www.alphabetdesign.it Shop On-line section include VAT.
In certain special cases, Alphabet Design may, at its sole discretion, apply a discount on the sale price and/or shipping costs.
